Kneading Mixer

A kneading mixer is an ideal equipment for kneading, mixing, vulcanization and polymerization of high viscosity, elastic or plastic materials. The kneading mixer  can be used to produce silicone rubber, sealant, hot melt adhesive, food adhesive base, pharmaceutical preparation, etc. kneading mixer is a special kind of mixing and stirring equipment with two Σpaddles. The fast paddles usually rotate at 42 rpm and the slow paddles usually rotate at 28 rpm. The different paddle speeds allow for rapid homogeneous mixing of the blended material.
