Cooling Bin

The Cooling Bin is a special equipment designed for our amino plastic production line, mainly used with kneading machine. The paddle speed in the cooling bin is relatively slow (0-3rpm) and the paddle is angled to propel the material from the inlet to the outlet. The rotating paddle can permeate the material. And the cooling bin layer can be heated by cooling water or steam (according to the ambient temperature). That the materials are discharged into the dryer through the cooling bin can improve the drying efficiency.
